Do you offer quantity discounts for commercial clients that buy items in bulk or large quantities?

On many items we do offer a discount for items purchased in large quantities or bulk, however our website does not reflect this discount, so if you plan to purchase large quantities of an item or in bulk please call us at (717) 532-5918 and we will be happy to see what we can do for you.

Most of our shipping is done via FedEx Freight or Ground. We also ship via other major carriers, such as, UPS and USPS.

On larger items or large orders, we will ship LTL Motor Freight with local companies that we partner with.

We offer a “call me with shipping quote” for our web orders to allow us to find you the best possible rates in shipping. If you are concerned your shipping quote on your online order is too high; select this option in checkout and we will call you with shipping quotes when your order is ready to ship.

Yes, we accept all major credit card companies.

    We will hold your order; however, if the items are in high demand or prices change. After February 15 your order is subject to available supplies and price changes.

    Yes, we are glad to help you save money on shipping. However, if your order is large or your order items are in high demand and you do not pickup within 15 days after being notified your order is ready. We reserve the right to sell your items and restock your order.

    We will issue credit invoices towards a future purchase or if purchased on a credit card, we can refund the same credit card. We do not offer cash refunds.

    Saleable items still in their original packaging may be returned with permission; however, they are subject to a 10-25% restocking fee.

    Seeds, onion sets, fertilizers, and special order or discount items are not returnable under any condition.

    Most of the equipment brands we carry are field tested and proven by farmers we know. In the event that your item is defective, you need to contact the manufacturer to discuss the warranty terms. All claims will need to be filed with them. If you need information in contacting a manufacturer, do not hesitate to call us.
