4′ Receiver Brushers can be used as an alternative to the receiver belt conveyor, however they do not function together. It can be used with or without water. Built with (13) 3 1/2″ nylon brushes with a choice of soft or stiff bristles. The first 2′ of the unit is open on top where produce is dumped on the brushes. The remining half has a 8 1/2″ high hood over the top with water nozzles installed in the top. The outfeed end of the unit has a pivot point that hooks to the washer, the opposite end fully adjustable from 24″ x 37″ high . This helps to control produce flow.                                                                                                                                                                                  Unit is powered by the washer unit only .  Includes stainless steel bearings.

Available in the following widths: 16″, 24″, 32″ & 40″ .

Finish is available in painted metal or stainless steel.
